Gaggia even took into consideration the would-be barista and included two methods for frothing milk. There is a manual wand for showing off that barista expertise or an automatic frother for making the perfect steamed and frothed milk with no expertise or skill needed.

Don’t Forget to Clean Up

With the built-in alert system clean-ups won’t be overlooked or difficult. The dreg drawer catches the used espresso pucks and sounds an alert when full. The drip pan utilizes a floating device to show when it needs to be emptied.

Add a once a week cleaning to the brew unit, which is removable and comes with a brush for cleaning and voila the Gaggia is clean and ready to for the next brew.

Despite its price, which might be a shock at first, the Gaggia is worth the money invested and pays for itself over time. Long lasting, dependable, easy to clean and makes a top quality espresso, what more could anyone want.
